Recipient Finder offers a 30-day free trial with full access. No credit card required.
The trial is per Microsoft 365 tenant (organisation). The 30-day trial period begins when the first user in your organisation activates it and is shared across your org — it is not reset if additional users install the add-in individually. Each user within the tenant claims a seat up to a configured seat limit. If your organisation's trial has already been used, individual reinstalls will not start a new one.
Once your organisation's trial expires, a license must be purchased from Microsoft AppSource to continue using the add-in.
