Terms of Use for Recipient Finder

Quick Summary: By using Recipient Finder, you agree to
use it responsibly, respect our intellectual property, and understand that
we provide the service “as is” without guarantees. You can stop using it
anytime by uninstalling.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using Recipient Finder, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you don’t agree, please don’t use the add-in.
2. What You Can Do
Sunrob grants you a license to:
- Use Recipient Finder for personal or business purposes
- Install it on multiple devices where you use Outlook
- Use it as long as your license is valid
3. What You Can’t Do
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the add-in
- Copy, modify, or redistribute the code
- Resell or sublicense the add-in to others
- Use it for illegal purposes or spam
- Bypass licensing or trial restrictions
4. Free Trial & Licensing
30-Day Free Trial
New users get full access to Recipient Finder for 30 days. No credit card
required. Trial starts when you first sign in.
After the Trial
Once your trial expires, you’ll need to purchase a license from
Microsoft AppSource to
continue using the add-in.
Subscription Details
- Pricing: Listed on AppSource at time of purchase

Billing: Managed by Microsoft through your Microsoft
365 account

Cancellation: Cancel anytime through Microsoft Account
Services
- Refunds: Subject to Microsoft’s refund policy
5. Your Responsibilities
You’re responsible for:
- Keeping your Microsoft account secure
- All activity under your account
- Using the add-in in compliance with laws and Microsoft’s policies

Ensuring you have permission to access your organization’s mailbox data
6. Service Availability
We strive to keep Recipient Finder running smoothly, but we can’t
guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (we’ll notify you when possible)
- Technical issues or bugs
- Microsoft platform outages
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, etc.)
Service Changes: We may update, modify, or discontinue
features with reasonable notice.
7. Intellectual Property
Recipient Finder, including all code, design, and documentation, is owned
by Sunrob and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Your Data: You own all rights to your email data. By
using the add-in, you grant us a limited license to process your data
solely to provide the service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Important: Recipient Finder is provided “as is” without
warranties of any kind. This means:
- We don’t guarantee the add-in will work perfectly all the time
- Search results may not always be accurate or complete
- We’re not responsible if you send an email to the wrong person
- The service may have bugs or interruptions
Bottom line: Use the add-in responsibly and always
double-check recipients before sending important emails.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunrob is NOT liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Misdirected emails or incorrect recipient suggestions
- Damages from service interruptions or bugs
Maximum liability: If we are found liable for anything,
our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the add-in in
the past 12 months.
10. Privacy
Your use of Recipient Finder is governed by our
Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect,
use, and protect your data.
Key privacy points:
- We index sender addresses and names to provide suggestions
- We don’t access message bodies, subjects, or attachments
- Only license information is sent to our servers
11. Termination
By You
You can stop using Recipient Finder anytime by uninstalling it from
Outlook. Local data is removed per our
Privacy Policy.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Use the add-in for illegal or abusive purposes
- Fail to pay for your subscription (after trial)
What Happens After Termination
- Your license ends immediately
- Local data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy
- Server data (license info) is deleted within 90 days
- No refunds for partial months
12. Microsoft’s Terms Also Apply
Since Recipient Finder runs on Microsoft Outlook and uses Microsoft Graph
API, you’re also bound by Microsoft’s terms:
We’re not responsible for Microsoft’s services or policies.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be
resolved in Finnish courts.
Dispute Resolution: Before taking legal action, please
contact us using the details below so we can try to resolve the issue
informally.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. You’ll be notified via:
- In-app banner when you next open Recipient Finder
- Email notification (if we have your contact)
- Updated date at the top of this page
Material changes (like new fees or significant policy
shifts) may require your acceptance before you can continue using the
add-in.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the complete agreement
between you and Sunrob regarding Recipient Finder.
